In 2000, Rajesh Gandhi saw a gap in India's food packaging industry. Businesses needed packaging that was professionally manufactured, consistent in quality and built to be depended on.
My objective was not simply to manufacture plastic products. I wanted to build a company that food businesses could depend on for quality, consistency, innovation, and long-term service.
We started with HIPS water cups. More than 25 years later, Oracle has grown across multiple manufacturing facilities and a range of 400+ products, while the principle behind the business remains the same:

- 2000 Oracle founded
- 2009 First export order; Oracle enters international markets
- 2014 First manufacturing unit begins operations in Rakholi, Silvassa
- 2021 Production expands to a second unit, in Sayli, Silvassa
- 2022 Third manufacturing unit begins operations in Rakholi
- 2023 BRCGS certification achieved; Oracle Polypack Unit 1 begins operations
- 2024 Cornstarch range launched; Oracle Polypack Unit 2 begins operations
- 2025 Sixth manufacturing unit begins operations in Sayli
